smoking ban

In accordance with State Issue 5 that was passed on November 7, 2006, a new section of the Ohio revised code has been established banning smoking in all “public places” and “places of employment.”  To comply with state law, all places of employment must post a “no smoking” with the phone number to report violations.  Please click the links below for a detailed description of this new state law, the definition of “places of employment” and a sample “no smoking” sign.
